1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Kamp Đardin concerning your access to and use of our website and camping facilities. By making a booking or visiting our campsite, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your pitch, tent, or caravan spot, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but the price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific booking terms.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are generally non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.

4. Campsite Rules and Behavior

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that you respect the following rules during your stay at Kamp Đardin:

• Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
• Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after them.
• Fires: Open fires are strictly prohibited unless in designated fire pits (subject to local fire regulations).
• Cleanliness: Please leave your pitch clean and dispose of all rubbish in the provided recycling and waste bins.

5. Liability

Kamp Đardin accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay. Guests use the campsite facilities, including any adventure or hiking areas, entirely at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms and Conditions.
